I am a picker and assist them with forklift work from time to time. Summit has good equipment, fair expectations, and safety is always first. We have had very few if any accidents or near misses. They provide incentives to performers, especially when we get trucks loaded on time on high volume days. I've worked at other jobs and did not feel appreciated.
