McCarthy Law was founded in 2010 with a vision in which no American family is burdened by debt. Our mission is to help these families eliminate debt with dignity and position them for a life that is only possible without burdensome debt.

We help our clients by negotiating reasonable and fair debt settlements on credit cards, student loans, personal loans, and other unsecured debt.
