In 2020 we worked on our leadership principles, which we developed in a set of cross-functional, cross-regional workshops. These principles are the foundation of our corporate culture and are based on our four values Passionate, Empowering, Enterprising and Reliable. They are the way we want leadership to be lived at Serrala.
We asked ourselves: How can we bring our leadership principles closer to all employees and bring them to life? We quickly concluded that we wanted real stories, told by our leaders.
