Yext NYC ?
The Yext Building, Yext’s HQ, is located in Chelsea — an iconic neighborhood on the West Side of Manhattan. The office soars 9 floors, has terraces on every floor, & is steps away from famous shops & restaurants including the Starbucks Reserve & Chelsea Market. The office was designed for collaboration, with high ceilings & an open, loft-like layout & stunning rooftop views of New York City. When working in the office, you have access to all the snacks, drinks & free lunches your heart desires!

Yext London ??
Our London office has a prestigious address in London's West End; home of business & entertainment. Occupying the top floor of an Oxford Street frontage block, the office is just a stone’s throw away from the vibrant restaurants & bars of Soho, & the bustling shops of Regent Street. It has a collaborative, open floor plan with lightwells & balconies. The office offers a varied supply of snacks & drinks, bicycle facilities, luxury changing rooms & even table tennis tournaments! ?

Yext India ??
Yext India, our newest office located in Hyderabad, officially opened its doors in August of 2022. Employees celebrated the grand opening with an Indian traditional greet of the executive team, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live Indian classical music & dancing, & more. The brand new office is a premier workplace with building amenities including 24/7 security, restaurants, coffee shops, a fitness center, daycare, prayer centers, & an outdoor amphitheater... just to name a few!

In-Office
Yext has 1️⃣1️⃣ amazing workspaces in many of the greatest cities in the world — from our new HQ in New York City to those in Chicago, Greater Washington DC, Hyderabad, London, Paris, Tokyo, and more! Most job families at Yext allow employees to work from any office to experience face-to-face collaboration, spontaneous interaction, and mutual learning, which have become hallmarks of our culture.

Work Flexibility
Our Leadership team believes in our management and trusts that each department lead knows their team best; therefore, front-line managers control what flexibility looks like for their team. Because of this level of trust, managers can decide if they want their team in an office every day, a few days a week, or to be fully remote. We believe that where & how you work is not “one size fits all."

EMEA - Europe ?
Yext has 5 offices located across Europe: London, Berlin, Milan, Munich & Paris. London is our largest office in EMEA, & our central headquarters is located in the heart of Berlin. Within 3 years of opening, Yext was named the #1 employer in Berlin. Our teams in EMEA enjoy hosting social events such as happy hours, holiday parties & other socials including escape rooms & go-karting!

India ??
In 2022, we opened the physical doors of Yext India’s Hyderabad office. It wasn't easy opening a new office in a new country during a global pandemic, but the team managed to create a sense of community & camaraderie that aligns with the culture & values of Yext offices globally. The team takes every opportunity to come together & celebrate festivals & important events, including celebrations for Diwali & Ganesh Chaturthi, where the team bonded over food, team activities & thoughtful gifts.

APAC - Japan ??
Due to our growth in Asia, in 2020 we moved our Tokyo office to 8th floor of the iconic Toranomon Hills Mori Tower, the tallest building in Japan’s capital. The team has a strong sense of community – they even have a “Thank You” award where every employee has the opportunity to nominate & acknowledge two colleagues who go above & beyond in their role. They also enjoy social events including happy hours, “Welcome” lunches for new hires, & Take Your Child to Work Day. How cute is this photo?!

Sales at Yext
Sales is the largest department at Yext & members span our offices across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Our direct sales channel is split between Enterprise & the Commercial Business Unit. The environment is fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative (with a lil’ friendly competition)! We are looking for top performers, sales hunters, & leaders with a passion for technology.

Leveling Up ?
Leading the SaaS market takes strong communication, grit, and a top-notch sales approach. That’s why all our Sales hires are enrolled in a two-week training crafted to accelerate development and provide foundational knowledge. But the training doesn’t stop there, and we continue to level up our skills during our annual Q1 Kick-Off. This gathering is also when we announce our President’s Club winners, an incentive program to reward top performers. Last year we celebrated in Costa Rica!

Our Pod Strategy
Our Sales teams work in a pod structure to set them up for success & ensure customer satisfaction. The benefits of these pods include fostering collaboration & enabling better alignment for sharing best practices. Pods meet weekly or bi-weekly, are regionally aligned & include Account Executives, Client Solutions Managers, Business Development Representatives & Solutions Engineers. As the saying goes, happy customers = a happy Sales team! ?

Engineering at Yext
Our Engineering team is much like the Yext Knowledge Graph: they are our foundation. Their mission is to build a global platform to deliver perfect answers everywhere. Yext Engineering has over 180 employees & 30 teams organized by vertical slices, giving them full ownership of a product or feature from frontend to backend. Our engineers follow the scrum methodology & primarily code in Java but don’t discriminate against Go and Javascript.

Career Journey
We have defined a multi-level career journey to support our engineers as they perfect their craft & tackle more responsibility. These defined levels give managers a tangible method to measure growth and benchmarks to encourage career development. All engineers start in a Software Engineer role, but from there, Engineering career paths include both a technical track & management track.

Engineering-Only Benefits
A few benefits include collaborative team rooms in our NYC & DC offices, an Engineering library program, & monthly team social events & offsites. Another offering is the Learning is Good program, designed to encourage engineers to attend outside conferences or classes. This program reflects Yext's values of learning beyond formal education & the daily knowledge you pick up. Internships
Interns typically work across our DC & NYC offices on several teams ranging from Software Engineering, Technical Engagement, & more. Our interns aren’t just doing busy work or making coffee runs (that’s why we have fully stocked kitchens)! From day one, interns are working on the Yext platform & getting the chance to leave a lasting impact on the company through direct hands-on experience. After completing the program, interns also have the opportunity to receive a full-time offer!

Intern Perks & Development
Interns have endless opportunities to build connections with current employees & their classes. Previous intern-specific events include a sunset boat cruise & a pizza-making class! We also host Lunch & Learn events every other week, where interns can learn more about Yext leadership & what the company offers.

New Grads ?
Yexters that join post-graduation can request to be on their former team from their internship. Meet Our Services Team: Professional & Platform Services
Our Professional Services team has 2️⃣ sub-teams. Implementation focused on one-time projects & Managed focused on recurring client work. Our Platform Services team is responsible for providing technical guidance to our most strategic Enterprise clients. They leverage their technical & client-facing experience to ensure clients have a top-notch experience. PS&S is a tight-knit group and enjoys attending events such as baseball games, rooftop socials, and karaoke! ?

Meet Our Support Team
The Support team works with clients to support post-sale technical relationships by becoming experts in Yext products, internal processes, and the needs of our customers. They also work cross-functionally with various teams to provide product feedback and help make our platform easily accessible for any level of user. ​​​​These employees enjoy troubleshooting, solving complex problems, and providing self-service resources. Some fun team activities have included bowling & a sunset boat cruise. ?

About Client Solutions?
Our Client Solutions team (CS) works with key clients to ensure they get the most out of their partnership with Yext. Client Solutions Managers (CSMs) are responsible for new client platform training, managing relationships, ensuring platform adoption & engagement, and assisting annual renewals & upsells. CSMs are self-motivated, problem-solving, and strong communicators. Bonus points for SaaS or tech industry experience!

Our Teams
CS comprises two teams: Enterprise & Commercial Business Unit (CBU). The Enterprise team works with our largest & most strategic clients. Enterprise CSMs typically have a portfolio of 10-15 clients and are product experts — fully certified in all Yext solutions. Our CBU team works with clients in the mid-market sector, and these CSMs manage a book of business ranging from 10 to 50 clients. A typical career progression in CS is moving from the CBU ➡️ Enterprise team.

CS Perks
With a career in CS, you get a front-row seat to clients and the chance to build relationships with employees at all levels…yes, even C-Suite! You’ll also have the opportunity to travel and attend events such as our Annual Sales team offsite to kick off the year (March ‘22 = ?Las Vegas, NV) & President’s Club — an incentive program to reward top performers. Last but not least, word on the street is that there is pizza & beer on their floor in the NYC office every Thursday, so “cheers” to that!
